this is picture of people playing football, when we shot this picture for higher place that we can see the subject look very small.so this is the first thing that we need to make tilt shift photo :P

simple step to achive this look:

1.click 'quick mask mod'

2.make sure your gradient is reflected gradient

3.drag the gradient on the area that you want to focus

4,click the quick mask button again

5.inverse selected

5.filter>blur>lens blur

6.image adjustment. increase your hue and saturation.
